WANTED..... rear fixed

Currently building my first ever fixed gear bike. Decoupaged frame design definately one to check out. Im not exactly the richest geeza on the planet so am looking for cheap rear wheel 700c could splash out no more than 30, can get new on ebay for 35 so.....
help would be appreciated and hope to be tearing up and down glasgow as soon as..... rememeber, watch out for the decoupage frame!!!!

can offer you a fixed rear for £10. comes with bmx freewheel and a fixed 16T sprocket. looks like the hub needs rebuilt, but it does ride.
