My freehub on my polo/pub bike has been gubbed for a while so tonight I bought a front disc hub to begin the replacement project.

Instead of spending £15 on a new freehub I want to replace the hubs with disc hubs and get some disc brakes. Does anyone have a rear disc hub or anything from components to a complete disc setup? I'm ideally after something like an M475 or M525 for the hub and a BB5 or BB7 setup for the brakes. This is being done on a tight budget so I'll consider anything as long as it's mechanically sound.
