Okay, Newcastle has 1 team confirmed and 1 maybe, but they can't do the end of October and Edinburgh has one and a half but they can't do November. Chat on Wednesday was we put this on hold for now but do a tourney in October. I'm thinking the 8th, but this is the week before hell's belles so is it good practice or bad timing? What do you think girls?

might be interested isn;t much use we kinda need 100% definite people on the list, or it's pointless I could just list anyone.
Anyway, Date I am thinking is 8th October? Gonna ask court tomorrow if we can play there and what the deal with the lights is. -

nope, but turns out the email on the website is wrong, worked out the proper one, so heres hoping..

Court is go on the 8th if we want it. Also can have lights/toilets but it would cost £20 an hour (which is alight if we get 20 players)

Can we have lights and toilets from when we need them but be on for the whole time. Example: on from 2pm until 9pm but only lights and toilets from 7pm. -
Depends how many teams we get/how many games there need to be/how many hours of daylight there are. Might not even need the lights in the end.
As long as we can pay for?
Yes we can play there without paying, the £20 an hour is just to have the floodlights on and have access to the toilets. They need to have a member of staff present if we want to use those facilities.

well, let's book it for the day time anyway as it's free. Even it's just edinburgh and glasgow it'll be fun.

Aye, what he said was they can't give us official permission to play there when there's no one there but they aren't going to say we can't play there. But if there's any trouble with the police for any reason then we won't be able to play there and also if anything goes on the roof don't go get it as it will set off an alarm.

I just realised, the Red Bull mini-drome starts at 2:00pm on the 8th. The tourney is apparently starting at 10:00am. Any idea of a finish time?

Good point. It's quite expensive at £9. I doubt we'll find something free but probably we could find something pretty good for £4ish
