Fair enough, but everybody knows it to be Vans now.
They riped off Supra too, and Supra definitely came up with this design (not that I'd wear them, and I doubt many people over 18 do). Much more blatant.

I think they all steal from each other and from the cool kids on the street every now and again and then it all filters back down into the shops
and is resold to the people who originally brought about the look

If it was Primark, yeah. They'd do one run of them and be sold out before a Cease and Desist came through. But Levi's?! One of the biggest clothing designers/manufacturers in the world? Seems a bit cheap for them.

i just bought a tv and blu ray player.
i've never had a tv before. this had better be good. -
TV's can be overrated Brian even with all the new tech.
Me and Niki got what we thought would change our lives, a big massive 50 incher. 1080p 600hz all bells and whistles LG thingamebob.
Turns out we don't feel any different and although it is good for movies, we could be doing the same thing with a smaller less capable TV.

well - i figured that this television thing is taking off and it's probably time to jump on the bandwagon.
it's not as huge or as fancy as yours, 40" sony thingy with 1080i, but it's gonna be there, in my living room, staring at me.

I mostly watch science and nature related programmes and HD is definitely a good thing here. Watching Eastenders in HD does't really do anything for me though I'll admit. -
I think when we really begin to start getting resolutions about 2k you really will see a massive difference and maybe by that point, all the HD broadcasts will have moved up to 1080 anyway. Truly large screen viewing becomes immediately better at these kind of amounts of detail.
In saying all this though, I still am a sucker for Bladerunner on BR on a lazy sunday. -
