(Wed 14km UT2 incl 3 x 500m @ 2K pace and rate) < is wahst on the menue for this evening....
and with races only weeks away cant aford to miss any thing !!!

I don't know what's going on here, distinct lack of enthusiasm for some reason?! Part of the problem might be the uncertainty about location. Is it that people just won't go to some areas of Glasgow? I don't know about these things.
I will ride down to the Gorbals court at about 7.30 and take a picture and post it here. We should fix a location in advance for next Wednesday. -

was trying to find that on the map the other day, cheers! As for lack of enthusiasm I don't know. I know brian's busy tonight as is derek. Ande might have come if he finished uni work. Need to get the word out a bit more that we actually do this I think, posters in some bike shops maybe? Anyone got other ideas for promotion?
What's happened to josh? Anyone else that's played once or twice feel like shedding some light on why they didn't return, maybe we are doing it wrong? D: -

yes I never heard back from that guy. We should get a facebook page and try to approach glasgowbikeshed members.
Flyers would be useful, something really simple that we can distribute.
Once we have that in place, a beginners session on a sunday afternoon would be great. -
I'm all for weekday evenings, for what it's worth. But any other time would suit me fine too.
Maybe do a facebook page? Seems pretty standard, and I reckon between us we could get a load of folk into it, to the point where there would be enough people every week, even if it was different people.
Although I've only played once, so I don't know. -

No lack of enthiasm or problem of location for me, just lack of time. Still very much up for it and i might even be there next wednesday. -

That gorbals court is awesome. If only it was slightly bigger and located in Edinburgh, then it'd be perfect. ;)

dickie reckoned the ones in london a wee while a go were quite small. might need to pace it out and see how it measure up to the recommended dimensions -
Ideally, courts should be around 40 x 20m and no smaller than 30 x 15m. -
